Seahawks Practice Facility

Renton, Washington

This 200,000-SF Lake Washington facility, the second largest in the National Football League, opened in the Summer of 2008. Northwest Construction performed the site grading for three practice football fields, an indoor practice football field, all administration buildings, parking lots, and landscape grading which included a large observation berm for guests to view team practices.
