Poor soil conditions required extensive use of cement treated base in order to stabilize 38,740-CY of soil. The scope of work also included installation of all aggregate base for parking lots, all four football fields and administration buildings; the installation of on-site water for buildings and irrigation, the installation of a pump station and pressurized force main for sanitary sewer, and all on-site storm piping including 60-inch concrete outfall to Lake Washington.
