Whirlpool Distribution Center

This project was the site development of a 900,000-SF distribution center, and due to permit delays, began one month after the planned start date, with interim milestone dates inflexible. So scheduling became a challenge given the scope of work which included; the clearing and grubbing of a reclaimed gravel pit, over-excavation and reconstruction of 15-FT of below finish floor, and over-excavation and reconsolidation of the building pad totaling 180,000-CY, with the accelerated scheduling prohibiting preload.
