Included was cut to fill site work with the balance of excess material to be trucked off-site, a 2,300-FT off-site water line of 16-inch pipe, grading and capillary break for the 900,00-SF building footprint and on-site storm system with detention ponds.

In addition there was structural excavation, backfill, and construction of railroad grade for a railroad spur into the building, all site grading, aggregate base, paving and landscaping for the 42 acre site.
